Free Standard Shipping

Vellurea offers free standard shipping on orders to every country currently available at checkout. Optional expedited or express delivery services may be offered for an additional charge.

Processing and Delivery

Available delivery methods and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and other events outside our control can affect delivery timing.

International Orders

Free standard shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges that may apply in the destination country. Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Order Issues

If a package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost, contact contact@vellurea.shop with your order number and any helpful details.
